HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, our delivery team will contact you on the phone number/email you provided and arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
As your order will in large flatpack panels, we are required to use HGV transport. Please advise ASAP if your property is not suitable for delivery by a heavy goods vehicle as we will need to make special arrangements for a smaller vehicle..
All deliveries are made to the kerbside only, unless otherwise agreed. In order for the driver to deliver to you, you will need to provide an appropriate area as close as possible to your kerbside.
It is the customer's responsibility to move delivered goods beyond the kerbside.
